Welcome to Expressive Connections!

Expressive Connections, Inc. is a private practice located in Pasadena, CA.   Our practice provides pediatric and adolescent speech therapy in a family oriented, child friendly center as well as in our client's homes. We offer speech & language therapy, assessments, group programs.  Our experienced team is happy to walk you through the assessment and treatment planning process and answer your questions.  We utilize evidenced-based treatment planning and always strive to be compassionate and dedicated throughout the treatment process.  

Speech & language therapy helps children develop or improve communication skills

Early Intervention speech therapy utilizes a family approach to teach caregivers how to best support their child's speech and langauge development.

Group therapy helps children practice utilizing their skills with peers while learning and having fun!

Our Philosophy

Excellence in the field of speech-language pathology does not come about through years of experience alone.  It requires therapists to stay on the forefront of research and innovative ideas, to be able to realize what works for one client will not work for all clients and be able to develop new strategies to achieve results.  We are dedicated to providing you with effective therapy through evidenced-based practice in order to make the best use of time, money and efforts put forth by both clients and families. 

Services

Expressive Connections is a provider for disorders relating to speech, language, cognition and swallowing.  We have therapists who specialize in evaluation and treatment of various disorders, such as language, fluency, and motor speech disorders. Expressive Connections works closely with the Lanterman Regional Center and the Eastern Los Angeles  Regional Center to provide needed services throughout our community. 

Who we are

Our speech-language pathologists each hold a Master's degree, state licensure and have  American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) certification. Each therapist has had extensive training in our field and continues to attend educational training events and conferences to keep at the forefront of our ever changing field.
