In order to keep you in the loop with sessions, homework, progress, etc.,  we offer patient portal access through our electronic medical record system. You are able to sign up by filling out the User Agreement here.  For pediatric clients, the person filling out this form must be the legal guardian and email address must match what we have on file.  If needed, we may contact you to verify details in order to get you started! Patient Privacy Information

Patient privacy and trust is important to us.  We will protect your information according to HIPAA and HITECH guidelines.  For more information on your rights, please review the HIPAA document below.  
In the event that you would like us to share information with an individual outside of Expressive Connections,  we ask that you submit an information sharing consent form authorizing the communication.  You may submit this form in person or online here!

Expressive Connections is a Blue Shield of CA in-network provider.   We  verify your eligibility and once confirmed we may schedule you for services and will directly bill Blue Shield.


Clients who have insurance with other providers may pay directly to Expressive Connections and submit their SuperBill to their insurance for reimbursement at their out-of-network rate.

Most of our clients have a standing appointment each week.  This is encouraged in order for you to receive the most benefit from your therapy program.  If you must switch to our flexible scheduling program, due to an inability to keep a standing weekly appointment, you will call 626-799-7955 each week to schedule a session when one of our clinicians is available and able to match your schedule.


We believe that everyone should have access to excellent care wherever they are located.  We are able to provide therapy through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth program, so that you can receive services in the comfort of your own home.
